- In a blender, combine the mango chunks and yogurt, blending until smooth. Depending on your blender’s capacity, you may need to blend the mangoes first before adding the yogurt.
- Add the ground cardamom, sea salt, and sugar. Blend again until fully incorporated.
- Adjust sweetness to taste and gradually add water or milk until the mixture reaches a thick, pourable consistency.
- Refrigerate the lassi until thoroughly chilled. Optionally, garnish with a light sprinkle of cardamom before serving.
