
INGREDIENTS
- A half-size avocado
- 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice, fresh
- 1/8 teaspoon of Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper, 1/8 teaspoon
- 1 toasted whole grain slice of bread
- Extra virgin olive oil, half a teaspoon
- Red pepper flakes Maldon sea salt flakes as a garnish (optional)
DIRECTIONS
Combine avocado, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Use the fork’s back to gently crush the food.
Add mashed avocado mixture to the toast.
Sprinkle chosen toppings over and drizzle with olive oil.
