Avocado Toast

  • A half-size avocado
  • 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice, fresh
  • 1/8 teaspoon of Kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper, 1/8 teaspoon
  • 1 toasted whole grain slice of bread
  • Extra virgin olive oil, half a teaspoon
  • Red pepper flakes Maldon sea salt flakes as a garnish (optional)


  1. Combine avocado, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Use the fork’s back to gently crush the food.

  2. Add mashed avocado mixture to the toast.

  3. Sprinkle chosen toppings over and drizzle with olive oil.

  4. Enjoy!
