Jam Pastry

  • 320g of sheet puff pastry
  • 1 heaped tablespoon of Jam (preferably Raspberry, Strawberry)
  • 1 beaten egg
  • Cream to serve
  • Icing Sugar for dusting


  1. Set the oven temperature at 200°C/180°F.

  2. Puff pastry should be unraveled on a gently dusted surface. Make six squares out of the pastry. Each pastry square should have the jam placed in the center.

  3. Using a fork to press down and egg to brush, seal the edges.

  4. Bake for 20 minutes after placing on a prepared baking sheet.

  5. Sprinkle with confectioners’ sugar and serve with clotted cream.
