INGREDIENTS
- 1 loaf of French Bread
- 3 minced garlic cloves
- ½ cup of Salted Butter
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of Italian Seasoning
- 1 cup of shredded cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
- Some freshly chopped parsley to garnish
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Place your French bread loaf on top of a baking pan after cutting it lengthwise.
- Combine softened butter, minced garlic, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning in a small bowl. On both sides of the garlic bread, distribute the mixture evenly. Add mozzarella and ordinary cheese on top.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes in the oven, or until the butter is melted and bubbling. To give it a top that is more crispy, you can broil the top for a final 1-2 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley if desired!
