INGREDIENTS

  • 5 cups of apple juice
  • 5 cups of frozen raspberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • ¾ cups of vanilla Greek yoghurt
  • Fresh raspberries and mint sprigs to garnish

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add the Apple Juice, Frozen Raspberries, Greek Yoghurt, honey and the banana to a blender.
  2. Blend it until smooth.
  3. Garnish with fresh raspberries and mint sprigs.
  4. Instead of apple juice lemonade can also be used. Or else you can use almond milk as well.
