
INGREDIENTS
- 5 cups of apple juice
- 5 cups of frozen raspberries
- 1 banana
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- ¾ cups of vanilla Greek yoghurt
- Fresh raspberries and mint sprigs to garnish
DIRECTIONS
- Add the Apple Juice, Frozen Raspberries, Greek Yoghurt, honey and the banana to a blender.
- Blend it until smooth.
- Garnish with fresh raspberries and mint sprigs.
- Instead of apple juice lemonade can also be used. Or else you can use almond milk as well.
