INGREDIENTS
- 20 Crysbro Chicken wings
- 2 tablespoons of melted butter
- 2 tablespoons of golden syrup
- 3 tablespoons of rice flour
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoon garam masala powder
- 2 tablespoons of paprika powder
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 20 g fresh ginger
- 1 large grated onion
DIRECTIONS
- Blend the garlic, garam masala, Cajun seasoning, onion, ginger, turmeric, paprika together into a smooth paste and transfer it to a bowl. Add the chicken wings into the paste, along with the golden syrup, melted butter, and rice flour and marinade the wings and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Pre-heat the grill for about 3-4 minutes and grill the marinated wings for about 5-6 minutes each after brushing some vegetable oil on the grill plate. Baste halfway through the grilling with the marinade. (Make sure to drain the marinade before grilling)
- Serve the masala wings with Biryani, or a Mango Salad
