You can consume simple carbs like bananas, dates along with boiled chicken.
Chicken can also be consumed post-workout because you need instant energy and protein to stop the muscle breakdown and repair it. Boiled chicken can also be consumed for lunch and dinner but along with complex carbs like oats bread. For dinner it would be recommended to have boiled chicken along with a salad.
