Separately, mix kewra essence with water. Set these aside for later use. Stir everything well and cook for 2-3 minutes. Once the spices are well combined, add the hung curd and mix thoroughly.<\/span><\/p><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Reduce the flame to low and add garam masala, ginger juliennes, coriander, and mint leaves. Pour in the kewra water, rose water, and saffron water. Allow the chicken to cook until tender. Spread the cooked basmati rice evenly over the chicken.
