powder<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2 tablespoons chili pieces<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Instructions<\/span><\/h2><ol><li><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Prepare the Roti<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ol><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In a non-stick pan, heat the ghee over medium-high heat.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When the ghee is heated, pan-fry the paratha or roti until golden brown. Remove from heat and set aside.<\/span><\/p><ol start=\"2\"><li><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Fry the Eggs<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ol><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In a wok, heat the oil and add the eggs.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Deep fry the eggs, stirring while they fry, until fully cooked. Remove from the wok and set aside.<\/span><\/p><ol start=\"3\"><li><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Saut\u00e9 the Vegetables<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ol><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the same wok, heat canola oil and add the onion. Saut\u00e9 until golden brown.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Add 2 teaspoons of chili paste, followed by the ginger and garlic.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Add the leeks and other vegetables (except carrots), and salt to taste. Stir-fry for a few minutes.<\/span><\/p><ol start=\"4\"><li><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Combine Meat and Spices<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ol><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Add the shredded chicken, pepper powder, chili pieces or flakes, and curry powder. Stir-fry until the vegetables are golden brown.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Add the grated carrots and mix them in.
