1. Oats and Fruits
Have a can of ready-to-eat oats and some dried fruit on hand, and you have a full breakfast! Add milk or yogurt to soften them and drizzle on some honey for extra sweetness.
It takes just a few minutes to throw everything together in a bowl, and has all the goodness you need. Oats are also super filling so it will keep you going for quite a while! My personal favourite mix is strawberries, honey, and milk!
2. French Toast
A fancy sounding breakfast that is surprisingly easy to make and can be done in so many ways. All you need is to whip together some eggs, vanilla essence, and milk. Soak your bread in this and toast the bread in a pan with some butter.
Add cinnamon or coco powder into the milk for a flavor twist. East plain or add toppings like sugar, fruit, ice cream or anything that you want!
This is something that kids love, and takes hardly anytime. Eat it alone or with some toast, in between a bagel – many options! Beat up some eggs in a bowl with salt and pepper and pour it into a muffin tray.
Add chopped veggies of your choice (onions, bell peppers, and tomatoes work great) and bake! Delicious!
