Ingredients
- 500g Tuna Fish (Choose fresh tuna for the best flavor).
- 3 table spoon Goraka
- 3 table spoon Pepper Powder
- 1 table spoon Chili Powder
- 3 table spoon Garlic
- 2 table spoon Ginger
- 3 Medium Green Chilies
- 15 Curry Leaves
- 10 Pandan Leaves
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 table spoon Oil
- 250mL Water
Instructions
- Prepare the Paste (10 Min)
Combine all ingredients except the fish in a blender with 150ml of water.
Blend until you achieve a smooth paste.
- Cook the Fish (15 Min)
Heat a clay pot on the stove for an authentic touch.
Add the fish to the pot, then pour in the prepared paste.
Add 2 tablespoons of oil, curry leaves, and pandan leaves. Mix well to coat the fish evenly.
- Add Water (10 Min)
Pour in enough water to just cover the fish.
- Simmer to Perfection (5 Min)
Cook on medium heat until the gravy is absorbed by the fish.
