  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)


  1. Wash the spinach thoroughly and remove any tough stems.

  2. Peel and slice the banana and avocado.

  3. In a blender, combine the spinach, banana, pineapple chunks, avocado, coconut water, and honey (if using).

  4. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.

  5. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more honey.

  6. Pour into glasses and serve immediately for a refreshing and nutritious drink.
