Prosperity Stir-Fried Noodles

Here’s a simple recipe for Prosperity Stir-Fried Noodles:

Ingredients:

8 oz (about 225g) Chinese egg noodles or your preferred noodles

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1-inch piece of ginger, grated

1 cup thinly sliced mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, snap peas, broccoli, etc.)

1 cup shredded cabbage

1 cup bean sprouts

2 green onions, chopped

1/4 cup soy sauce

2 tablespoons oyster sauce

1 tablespoon hoisin sauce

1 teaspoon sesame oil

1/2 teaspoon sugar

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:

Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and black pepper. Set aside.

Heat vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, stir-frying for about 30 seconds until fragrant.Add the sliced mixed vegetables and shredded cabbage to the wok. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

Add the cooked noodles to the wok and pour the sauce over them. Toss everything together to combine and evenly coat the noodles and vegetables with the sauce.Add bean sprouts and chopped green onions, continuing to stir-fry for an additional 1-2 minutes until everything is well mixed and heated through.

Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed. You can add more soy sauce or pepper according to your preference.

Once everything is well combined and heated, remove from heat and serve immediately.

Optional: Garnish with additional chopped green onions or sesame seeds before serving.
