Lemon Mojito

  • White sugar, 60g (1/4 cup)
  • 12 fresh mint sprigs
  • 1 finely sliced lemon
  • 300 ml of lemon juice, fresh
  • Rum, 250 ml (1 cup).
  • 1 cup of broken ice
  • To serve: cold soda water


  1. In serving glasses, distribute half of the mint and the sugar.

  2. Crush the mint with a fork and mix it with the sugar.

  3. Distribute the leftover mint and lemon among the cups.

  4. Mix the rum and lemon juice together in a big jug.

  5. To fill the glasses, divide the lemon juice mixture.

  6. Add ice and soda water to the top. Serve right away.
