
INGREDIENTS
- White sugar, 60g (1/4 cup)
- 12 fresh mint sprigs
- 1 finely sliced lemon
- 300 ml of lemon juice, fresh
- Rum, 250 ml (1 cup).
- 1 cup of broken ice
- To serve: cold soda water
DIRECTIONS
In serving glasses, distribute half of the mint and the sugar.
Crush the mint with a fork and mix it with the sugar.
Distribute the leftover mint and lemon among the cups.
Mix the rum and lemon juice together in a big jug.
To fill the glasses, divide the lemon juice mixture.
Add ice and soda water to the top. Serve right away.
