
INGREDIENTS
- 2 mangoes, fresh or frozen, or 2 cups of mango
- 1 small frozen banana (or half of a large frozen banana); if using frozen mango, use unfrozen.
- 1/2 cup dairy- or dairy-free milk
- 1/2 cup dairy- or dairy-free yogurt
DIRECTIONS
You should get a high powered blender and add all the ingredients to it
Blend until creamy and pour into a tall glass.
Garnish preferably and serve cold!
