Mango Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 mangoes, fresh or frozen, or 2 cups of mango
  • 1 small frozen banana (or half of a large frozen banana); if using frozen mango, use unfrozen.
  • 1/2 cup dairy- or dairy-free milk
  • 1/2 cup dairy- or dairy-free yogurt

DIRECTIONS

  1. You should get a high powered blender and add all the ingredients to it

  2. Blend until creamy and pour into a tall glass.

  3. Garnish preferably and serve cold!
