  • All-purpose flour, 1 1/2 cups
  • White sugar, 1/4 cup
  • Baking powder, two teaspoons
  • Salt, 1/2 teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil, 1/3 cup
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup milk, or as much as necessary
  • 1 cup of blueberries, fresh
  • 1/2 cup of white sugar
  • One-third cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup cubed butter
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons of cinnamon powder

  1. The oven should be preheated to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Prepare 8 muffin tins with grease or paper liners.

  2. To make the muffins, combine the flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt in a sizable bowl.

  3. Fill a little liquid measuring cup with oil. Stir in the egg and 1 cup of milk, then add the remaining milk. Just enough batter must be mixed after pouring into the flour mixture. After adding the blueberries, fold the batter.

  4. In a separate bowl, mix the sugar, flour, butter, and cinnamon to make the crumb topping. With a fork, combine until crumbly.

  5. Fill each prepared muffin cup with batter all the way to the top. Add some crumb topping.

  6. Your Muffins are ready!
