INGREDIENTS

  • 1 medium-sized avocado
  • 1 cup almond milk, lite coconut milk
  • 1 medium-sized avocado
  • 1 teaspoon dried or crushed moringa, 
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

DIRECTIONS

  1. Scoop the flesh after slicing the avocado. Fill the mixer with it.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients.
  3. In a blender, blend until smooth at a medium speed.
  4. Pour into glasses, then serve right away.
  5. Your avocado shake is ready!
