Green Masala Chicken

  • 1 kg Crysbro Chicken (Cut into pieces)
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 3 tablespoons Thai Green curry paste
  • 2 tablespoons grated fresh ginger
  • ½ cup chopped cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoons palm sugar (to taste)
  • Spice salt (to taste)


  1. Wash the chicken pieces.
  2. Combine all the ingredients into a bowl and mix thoroughly.
  3. Rub the mixture inside and all over the Chicken. Cover the chicken and allow to marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours or longer.
  4. Place chicken on a heat proof plate. Air fry the chicken for about 10 minutes at 100 C.
  5. Transfer the air fried chicken into the Air fryer basket, sprinkle with spice salt and slide the basket into the Air fryer. Set the timer to 15 minutes at 200 C.
  6. Air fry the chicken until crispy and lower the temperature to 180 C and continue to air fry the chicken for another 25-30 minutes or till the chicken is well cooked throughout.
  7. Serve with rice or naan.
