INGREDIENTS
- 5 egg whites (Slightly beaten)
- Vegetable oil 50 ml
- Chopped garlic 10 grams
- Water 2 litres
- Soy sauce 20 ml
- Chopped ginger 5 grams
- Skinless and boneless Crysbro Chicken breasts 200 grams
- Chicken seasoning 40-45 grams
- Sweet corn 300 grams
- Thinly sliced spring onions 30 grams
- Corn starch 50 ml
- Pepper 10 grams
DIRECTIONS
- First bring a pan to a low heat and heat the oil in it and add the chicken, garlic, and ginger and cook for a few minutes.
- Then add water, Chicken seasoning along with pepper, soy sauce and sweet corn
- Bring this to a good boil
- Then add the corn starch and stir time to time while adding it and simmer it for a few more minutes
- Then finally add the egg whites and stir gently with a fork to form egg strands in the soup
- Finally garnish with spring onions and serve with some freshly baked buns!
