INGREDIENTS
- 250g butter cubes
- 160g sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 large bananas
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- 120g dairy sterilized cream
- 250g self-raising flour
- 40g plain flour
- 60g chocolate powder
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- ½ cup chocolate chips
- ½ cup chopped almonds
- ½ cup chopped and toasted walnuts
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Cream the butter and sugar until fluffy adding eggs one at a time and blend in the mashed bananas, vanilla essence, and baking soda and cream them together further.
- Add the plain and self-raising flour, chocolate powder, chopped walnuts (1 cup) and chocolate chips and mix carefully with the mixture.
- Scoop half portions of muffin mixture into greased muffin cups and sprinkle them with chopped almonds and walnuts.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes and check the texture with a toothpick.
- Your Muffins are ready!
